		<description>I think that it is important to give quality awards.  We can place a cap of one award per entry and then offer winners the option to purchase additional ones.  So, for example, if a 3-person entry wins distinction, and we choose to give monoliths for distinction, then we offer to place all three names on the monolith.  However, we also offer to have three monoliths created each with a person's name if the winners want to pay for the other two...

Regarding the materials, they look good as far as I can see, but it takes forever to download them and I cannot see them in Word to edit them for styles.  It may be that we do not need to edit the materials that are on this site to date (other than adding the new logo.)

However, the judge's comment forms desperately need to be edited and that is what I want to accomplish as soon as possible!</description>

		<description>Correction on submission date: October 14 is the Saturday, so that would be the deadline for receiving any submissions (mailed or dropped off). Last year local entries did drop things off at the last minute.</description>
