    This was an easy-to-read presentation, Tom. Thanks for organizing so well. The Issues, Risks and Concerns section puts everything we’ve been discussing right out there. I hope others will take the time to come up with good ideas to correct these difficulties. Maybe you could save a couple of minutes at each meeting to talk about these things?
