    Tom, I’m glad you’ve expanded the format of the surveys, and I agree totally with Beth about the attitude. It’s especially helpful to have a freeform section and to see the results.

    Becky, it was your idea to do the free form question at the end of a survey we did earlier. I found that it in fact works really well. Some of the best comments are in that “anything else?” section.
