I’ve been trying to find speakers to match the topics you requested in the last survey. Because of the schedule of the speakers, I had to adjust our regular meeting schedule a bit. I hope you won’t mind.
We need some volunteers to help out in the chapter. If you’re interested in volunteering for one of the positions below, please let me know.
One of the requests from the survey was to learn more about other members in the chapter. So tonight we’re unveiling several new features: a member map, member directory, and member chat.
In our latest survey, question #5 asked, “What is the most important thing the chapter should do right now?” I put the survey responses in italics, and then I responded to them in regular font below.
As I am sure most of you already know, the scheduled time for the STC’s 54th Annual Conference in Minneapolis is fast approaching. With Simon Singh and Ze Frank giving keynote presentations, this year’s conference is certain to have a little something for everyone.
