The Florida Technical Communications Competition Showcase event will be held on Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. Come see the winning entries. Pick them up, peruse the pages, click through the links. This is a close-up, hands-on opportunity to get the inside scoop on what makes a help deliverable a winner. You’ll be able to take this knowledge and apply it to your own documentation to improve your content.

Note: Previously I indicated this event would be on March 22. However, due to a scheduling conflict with the meeting location, we had to change it to March 20. This falls on a Tuesday, outside our regular meeting schedule. I hope you can still make it.

During this FTCC Showcase event, the competition team will explain the rigorous criteria the entries were judged against, point out reasons why the winning entries won, and shower a smattering of awards on the winners. Food will be plentiful. Mingle with your colleagues and engage in deep discussions as you sample this unforgettable smorgasboard of technical communication.
