I spoke to Gina Hoal, the program for the China delegation, and we have until 60 days prior to the trip to submit our application. Ideally, they would prefer for everyone to pay as soon as they can so that there isn’t a rush and for the sake of processing. Gina would like hear from people who are interested by March 25.
