To thrive, you need to become “change-ready” – prepared to deal with the adverse emotions that accompany the unfamiliar, and aware of appropriate responses that can help move you on to the next stage of your transformation. During this 3-hour interactive workshop, you’ll explore the nature of change, and develop your own working plan to embrace what lies before you, make it work in your favor, and realize your undiscovered potential.

Thursday, October 1st from 11:30AM – 3:00PM at The Empress Tea Room, 6810 E. Fowler Ave, Temple Terrace, 33617. Cost: $39.00
