Project Management for Technical Communicators

One challenge that technical writers encounter is project management. For projects that only involve you, you have a great deal of control over the time, cost, and quality. However, as you add additional resources such as other technical communicators, subject-matter experts, reviewers, editors, and approvers, you start having some control challenges. In this interactive session, we’ll discuss some of the project management essentials, tools that you can use, and techniques for avoiding common pitfalls. You will also receive a bibliography for further exploration.
