Employment Team’s Duties (Bylaws)

  • Keep abreast of the employment situation within the Chapter’s boundaries and beyond
  • (Leader) Publish information on a regular basis to inform the membership regarding overall employment trends and current job opportunities in the Chapter’s service area
  • Provide employment-related assistance to members and to area employers, of technical communicators. This assistance is to be provided when requested and without prejudice
  • Maintain liaison with the Society’s Employment Team. Pass information from the Society team to local members and from the Chapter to the Society team, as appropriate
